The 1995 MERCEDES W140 S-CLASS was designed by Olivier Boulay. I’m told and have read that this is the dream of every Russian gangster and only top mafia bosses could afford a S600 offering the best cozy and comfortable ride powered by a 402bhp 6.0-litre V12 or more if it was an AMG version. It cam with GPS which was a first for Mercedes. The ‘Boar’ as it is called offered a prestigious impression for its owner but with no guarantee of safety unless customized. It is interestingly the same model that Diana, Princess of Wales died in when her chauffeur somehow lost control in a Paris tunnel in 1997.

1948 FORD BONUS-BUILT (a rather odd name) was the first-generation F-Series truck going on sale January 16, 1948. Ford's new 'Bonus-Built' trucks were completely different from the car-based trucks they replaced. They had new integrated headlights, a one-piece windshield for increased visibility and larger cabs. They were powered by a 226 cubic inch flat-head 6 producing 95hp (71kW) at 3300rpm and sold in eight different weight ratings all sharing the same cab design with exception to the bus chassis and parcel-delivery vehicle.

The MERCEDES-BENZ W123 is an executive car produced between 1975 and 1986. This model surpassed its predecessor, the W114, as the most successful Mercedes, selling 2.7 million units before production ended. It was such a hit that those who placed orders faced up to 12 months for delivery. A black market even emerged you could pay more for immediate delivery receiving a used car! They were over-engineered, well-built, durable, and reliable and taxi companies in Germany chose it for this reason. They could easily reach 500,000 or 1,000,000 km with minor mechanical issues and once it had reached the end of service life, they were often shipped to third world countries where they were highly esteemed for ability to travel on rough roads and further without frequent maintenance.
